Welcome to DanceStep, a structured and progressive Dance Student Teacher Education Program. Our program empowers students to take on the roles of mentors, leaders, and caretakers within their dance studio community.

Tailored for dance, cheer, and acro students aged ten and above, our Student Teacher and Leadership program goes beyond honing dance skills. It is a comprehensive initiative designed to foster crucial 'soft skills'—those essential qualities that extend beyond technical proficiency. Described as "the Girl Guides of Dance Studios," DanceStep provides unique learning opportunities for personal growth and leadership development.

Participants not only perfect their dance techniques but also cultivate essential life skills such as effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and emotional judgment. DanceStep aims to prepare students not just as skilled dancers but as well-rounded leaders, contributing positively to both the studio and the wider community.
